Born and raised in Ohio, Rich graduated from John Adams High School in Cleveland. Rich began working in factories from Ohio to Detroit, where he graduated from Wayne State College, before finally coming to Anderson. Retirement has not slowed Rich down though. Rich received his Bachelors Degree from Anderson University and his MBA from Ball State University. Rich then took a sabbatical to New Haven Connecticut where he studied for a time at Yale. Rich finally retired from the factories but soon found retirement did not suit him. Always having an interest in real estate Rich decided to pursue this career avenue. Rich has held real estate licensure for over 20 years and has been extremely successful. Working in several offices before starting his own, Rich was an immediate success earning awards for Outstanding Sales Achievement and Outstanding Sales Associate. Rich eventually began looking for a new challenge and soon opened Star Realty which specializes in foreclosed properties and hard-to-finance buyers. Demand was high for this type of agency and Rich was able to meet the demand. Notice was immediately taken of Rich and his outstanding achievements in the area. Since the opening of Star Realty, Rich has gratefully received accolades consistently to this day for his inexhaustible need to help buyers when no one else will. Some of his awards include:
Rich takes yearly trips to meet with others involved in the REO, or bank-owned property, field and these excursions usually include conferences including REOMAC and 5-Star, where he has received Certificate of Completion for training in various company practices and he has extensively been trained in BPO’s. Still an active broker, Rich still finds time to serve his community in other ways. He is active in the local Chamber of Commerce and Rich also serves on the Board of Directors for the Madison County Community Health Center. |

Born and raised in Middleton Ohio, Kelly moved here with his family and settled in Markleville, graduating from Pendleton High School. Attending school at Mississippi State and Texas AM, Kelly then came back to Indiana, moving on to a successful career in the government post office while raising a beautiful family with his wife Sherrie.
